Mishri Collection committed to maintain a long-lasting relationship with our customers by providing them good return policy
If Customer Received Item in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Item Delivered, please mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and couple of pictures of the damaged product within 7 Days of delivery.
Conditions for return:
- Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 48 hours of delivery.
- Products/Items should be UNUSED.
- Customers also need to send an image and video of the product & a digital copy of the invoice of the product while filing complains.
- Customers should make sure that the products that are returned, should reach Mishri Collection office within 6-8 days from the date the return request is accepted by Mishri Collection.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
- It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
- Discount will not be applicable, In case of replacement of the discount based product.
- We do not accept return or refund, In case of product is purchased form the offer page.
We will process the refund after receipt of the product BY Mishri Collection. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order.
- Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within3 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
- Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.
- For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favor of the name as in the "billing name" provided at the time of placing the order.
Mishri Collection believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24hours of placing an order.
- There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
- No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Mishri Collection marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

- In case of cancellation, the refund might take 2-3 working days to reflect in customer's account from the date of cancellation
